It’s been a while. Shortly after I attempted to start doing regular posting, Jessica had some complications with her pregnancy, we moved, my work moved, school started, and we had a beautiful baby girl.

So, all in all I have been quite busy and sadly have not kept up on my blogging or GHDR resolutions. Things are quieting down, so we shall see.

I got an invitation to the EverNote 3.0 beta today. So I will be playing with that and I have 10 invitations to give away. If you want one, look me up on twitter.

Welcome to inatree.org, the blog of Brandon Bowman. I have had this blog in one form or another since September of 2004, during which time it has mostly lay dormant. I’ve had more posts about new content Real Soon Now(TM) than I have had good content. Once again I am hoping to change that.

My intention is to have this be a blog about the topics I am interested and involved with. First among these is productivity, I draw a lot of inspiration from Merlin Mann and David Seah, and so I will be writing about my personal involvement in the productivity “movement” and my growth in this area. I will also be writing about technology, mostly what intersects with my work life, so you will see an interesting mix of things from Outlook, OneNote, and SharePoint to Ubuntu, Python, and open source.
